Plagiarism???

I think when you copy word for word and entire verse & chorus of someone's song that is clearly plagiarism...

OK, with that overwith...

My questions to you..

1st question; Mr. Richard Marx had his first song written for Peter Pan Peanut Butter. He wrote & sang the jingle himself then when his voice changed they fired him for someone younger..

2nd question; Mr. Barry Manilow played Piano while the Divine Ms. M sang. Yes the singer he hated at first was Bette Midler, they have since become friends & have stopped bashing each other.
